1. Preface

Following General Business Conditions apply to all contracts, deliverables and other performances. Hereby we expressly dissent deviating regulations by the Partner. All side agreements have to be confirmed in writing on our part.
The Company Flowline Marketing Inc. has the right to change or add to the General Business Conditions, including contingent appendices, with adequate notice at any time.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The sale of goods occurs only in small quantities. By sending an e-mail-order to Flowline Marketing Inc..com the costumer submits an offer. The customer gets confirmation for the receipt of the order by e-mail. The Conclusion of Contract happens when Flowline Marketing Inc. accepts this offer. The acceptance is under reservation of the availability of the ordered goods or services. Declaration of the acceptance of the offer to the customer by Flowline Marketing Inc. is not necessary. If Flowline Marketing Inc. can’t accept the customer’s offer, then the customer will be informed by e-mail.
3. Delivery and Payment
Flowline Marketing Inc. only accepts the payment-methods shown to the customer within the order transaction.
4. Delivery times
Dispatch takes place immediately after receiving payment. Delivery times depend on the chosen delivery method.
5. Disclaimer
Please note: Buyers can cancel the online-order within 30 days after receiving the goods. Up to a value (goods) of 40 EUR you have to pay for the return of the goods. If the value of the goods is higher we, as sellers, pay for the return. It will be suffice to declare the cancellation in writing within the period or to return the goods to us within the period.
6. Retention of title
The goods are the property of Flowline Marketing Inc. until full payment has been received.
